Hello:
I wanted to write to you and let you know how impressed we have been with your sales representative, Bob George. We had spoken to him about the possibility of having our ducts and vents cleaned through your company. At the same time we thought we should have our dryer vent cleaned also. We were hesitant to hire your company as we had our house built seven years ago so we felt that there would not be too much of a buildup of dirt in our vents and ducts. After much discussion, my husband and I decided to go ahead and hire your company to come in and "work their magic". Bob was very thorough in explaining the procedures and exactly how everything would be handled. He called us the day before to see if we had any questions and to remind us that there would most likely be a team of four people coming to our house to perform the cleaning. The next morning Bob called us again to say that the team had just left the office and should be there in thirty minutes. True to his word, they arrived right on time. They were very professional and extremely conscious of not tracking dirt through our house. They even put on paper covered booties over their shoes! They worked together as a team and completed our cleaning within the time that we had been quoted that they would be here. At the conclusion, the team leader came and talked to my husband and I and answered our questions. I was pleased that we had decided to have our dryer vent cleaned as we were told that the vent was quite dirty and they had to clear a lot from it.
True to their word, our house was left in pristine condition. Soon after the team left, Bob called us to make sure we were happy with the service that we had received. It meant a lot to us to have the sales representative follow through each step of the way to reassure us that everything was going smoothly and that we were happy with our service. The most impressive result of hiring your company came the week later when our daughter and son-in-law arrived for a visit. In the past, within a day or so, our daughter (she is asthmatic) would start having coughing and breathing difficulties and would often times require the use of her inhaler. But, on this particular visit she had absolutely no breathing or coughing difficulties and did not require her inhaler at all. So the cleaning of our ducts and vents definitely were helpful to our family's health. I would highly recommend your company to anyone!! Many thanks to all!!
