Duct & Vent Cleaning of America, Inc. was hired to apply a Virucidal Disinfectant by hand wiping and fogging (ionize spray-misted). The main areas including, but not limited to: administrative and production offices, maintenance shops, forklifts, Lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, Grinding areas, bathrooms, locker rooms, QA lab, lunch rooms, vending machines, and UPS station. Included spraying/misting product and hand wiping of ALL employee touched areas and misting of control cabinets/consoles, desks, workstations, printer/labeler areas, water coolers, vending machines, guardrails, mailboxes, desks and chairs. DVCA covered all production areas using poly plastic prior to disinfectant application.
