Middlesex Hospital in Middletown, CT was taking a proactive approach in their HVAC maintenance program. We were hired by a general contractor to contact HEPA vacuumed the existing supply, return & exhaust ductwork, re-heat coils and all RGDs servicing floors 3 through 7 in the south tower. During this project we worked with the general contractor to ensure containment tents with negative air was used to protect the occupied spaces during our work.
