We were hired and entrusted to clean the ductwork at a 30,000-square foot new construction $20,000,000 Mansion in Greenwich, Connecticut by the builder. We were responsible for cleaning construction debris from the 14 Air Handling Units and the ductwork after a two-year construction project. We worked carefully and coordinated our work around other tradespeople. Each system was outfitted with working UV lighting systems. Our customer called us in to perform our services at the end of the project the week prior to the customer moving in their furnishings. The customer has already planned to have us return for regular duct cleanings.
