Duct & Vent Cleaning of America, Inc. was hired to recondition the drain pan of the Air Handling System. First, we ensured the drain pan was prepared and clean. We contact HEPA vacuumed the floor of AC-3. Then we ground the floor in preparation for restoration. We applied Apply V570 Brush on Resurface Epoxy coating to recondition the drain pan.
